Nice Dining Experiences

During my stay, dining at Casa Nostra was lovely! The attentive service by David, the manager, was really good. He went above and beyond with perfect wine recommendations and even arranged special dishes not on the menu. The combination of fantastic service and delicious food made each meal special. I also enjoyed breakfast at Cape Nao, where Jungle Jorge made my mornings with his cheerful personality and amazing cocktail recommendations. Overall, dining was definitely a highlight of my trip.

Spacious and Well-Equipped Rooms

I was thrilled with our spacious suite at Casa Maya. The room featured a large living area and kitchen, which allowed us to prepare some meals. Family-Friendly Vibes

My kids had an absolute blast at the Melia Casa Maya! The resort thoughtfully organized engaging activities throughout the day, and they loved the water park. Relaxing Atmosphere by the Beach

I loved spending my days relaxing by the beach! The clean, white sand made lounging an absolute pleasure. I appreciated that the hotel ensured the beach was free from seaweed, and they even had staff cleaning regularly. The availability of comfortable loungers allowed for a perfect sunny retreat. Every night, relaxing to local live music was the cherry on top of lovely beach days, making my overall experience a peaceful escape.

I had a mixed experience at Casa Maya. The rooms were spacious and had amazing ocean views, but the decor felt dated and could use some updating. The service was friendly overall, though we encountered some hiccups, especially at check-in due to a hard sales pitch. The location is great for families, being close to the beach, yet it felt a bit crowded at times. Dining offered good value, especially the snacks by the pool, but the breakfast could use improvement.

On the positive side, the staff went above and beyond in their service, especially Claudia, who took excellent care of my needs during a medical incident. The location is beautiful, right on the beach with stunning views. However, the room I was initially given was not what I expected, being a bit outdated and in need of maintenance, which was disappointing given the otherwise luxurious setting of the resort.
