I had a mixed experience at Casa Maya. The rooms were spacious and had amazing ocean views, but the decor felt dated and could use some updating. The service was friendly overall, though we encountered some hiccups, especially at check-in due to a hard sales pitch. The location is great for families, being close to the beach, yet it felt a bit crowded at times. Dining offered good value, especially the snacks by the pool, but the breakfast could use improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with a lot of great experiences to remember. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we felt special. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beach location was perfect for our family. However, we encountered some hiccups with dining options and room assignments that made certain parts of our stay less than ideal.

The location was also great, right on the beach, making it easy for us to enjoy swimming and walking. However, there were significant downsides, particularly with the service, which left us feeling uneasy after a troubling incident with the safe in our room.

On the positive side, the staff went above and beyond in their service, especially Claudia, who took excellent care of my needs during a medical incident. The location is beautiful, right on the beach with stunning views. However, the room I was initially given was not what I expected, being a bit outdated and in need of maintenance, which was disappointing given the otherwise luxurious setting of the resort.
Overall, I found the hotel to be a mix of great experiences and some frustrating moments. The spacious rooms and excellent staff really stood out, especially Adiel at the pool bar and the attentive concierge Victor. However, the dining options were a hit or miss, and I faced some initial complications with my accommodation arrangements. The hotel has potential, but there are still a few areas needing attention to meet expectations.
